In the very stressful time of March 2020 with the looming concerns then restrictions due to COVID19, Paul was able to help me list and sell my Stonegate home in the 9 days given to us to get into escrow by the sellers of the home I wanted to buy! and it was a cash offer with a short escrow!! Paul also helped me negotiate a rent-back with the buyers so I was able to manage the different time frames of the selling and buying escrow closings. Now that I have successfully moved into my Woodbridge home, I want to share how amazing Paul was during the whole process - he was calm, supportive, honest, and realistic.
